Return Policy

Returns and Restocking Fees

We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please note that returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, minus the 10% restocking fee.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: personalized or custom-made items, downloadable software or digital products, and gift cards.
