1) Order Processing Time

Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

In-stock items: typically ship within 1–3 business days

Custom / made-to-order items: typically ship within 7–14 business days

High-volume periods (race season, holidays, special events): processing times may be longer

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

3) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Australia

International orders may experience longer transit times due to customs processing.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping method selected

Any free shipping offers apply only where shown at checkout and may exclude certain destinations or oversized items.

5) Shipping Time (Carrier Transit)

Shipping time begins once the carrier has possession of the package.

Carrier transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Peyton Racing is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays

Weather

Customs inspections

High shipping volume

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

6) Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.

7) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Refused delivery

Failure to claim package from carrier

may be subject to:

Reshipping fees

Additional shipping costs

Custom and made-to-order items remain non-refundable, even if returned due to address issues.

8) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments (including Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Australia):

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost

Customs processing times are outside of our control

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delivery delays or returned packages. Returned custom items remain non-refundable.

9) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Peyton Racing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

Check the delivery area and with neighbors

Contact the carrier directly

Notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim if applicable

10) Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Order number

Photos of the outer packaging (all sides)

Photos of packing materials

Photos of damaged item(s)

We may require items and packaging to be retained for inspection.

11) Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.

You may receive:

Multiple shipments

Multiple tracking numbers

Items arriving on different days

This does not affect your total shipping charge unless stated at checkout.

12) Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally

Modify shipping methods as needed to ensure safe delivery

13) Order Cancellations

In-stock orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped

Custom / made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once production begins
